Cheddar & Jalepaño Corn Bread
This Cheddar & Jalapeño Corn Bread using the Classic Yellow Cake Mix is the perfect low-carb side-dish!
Prepare Cake Mix as directed on package, omitting the vanilla extract.
Mix in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese & 2 small jalapeños, chopped.
Bake at 325°F in 7x11 pan for 50 minutes or until top is golden. Recipe will work in varying pan sizes – may have to adjust the baking time.
