HOW DO YOU CALCULATE NET CARBS?
Net carbs are calculated by deducting total grams of fiber from total grams of carbohydrates. Sugar alcohols are also deducted from total grams of carbs because sugar alcohols are known to have less effect on blood sugar levels and insulin than standard sugar. The formula is: total carbs - total fiber - total sugar alcohol = total net carbs. Our net carbs are calculated based on “As Packaged” given that ingredient selections can vary from product to product. Please consult with a medical professional or your doctor if you have any concerns on consumption.
WHAT MAKES YOUR PRODUCT KETO?
Implementing a true keto diet, by definition, means you eat 20g net carbs or less in a single day. While our baking mixes offer 4g net carbs or less per serving as packaged, your consumption will determine how keto-friendly they are for you. Indulge mindfully and in a way that is right for you.
WHAT IS YOUR NUTRITIONAL PANEL BASED ON?
Our nutrition panel accounts for the as packaged, dry mix as well as the as prepared, finished product. Please note that while we specified the information per serving, we understand that not all cookies are made equal — some are made smaller, some are made larger — this will impact the number of cookies each mix yields and the overall nutritional information per serving. Your selection of “What You’ll Need” products will also impact overall nutritional information.
CAN I SWAP OUT INGREDIENTS TO BE VEGAN OR DAIRY-FREE?
We want you to experience the best of ROSETTE’S. While our mixes are versatile and can be prepared vegan or dairy-free, if you choose to swap ingredients outside of what we suggest, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction that we strive to deliver. Worth noting that most times butter, coconut oil, avocado oil, ghee, and earth’s best can be swapped 1:1.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN MALTITOL?
No, all of our mixes are maltitol-free.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns on any products, including gift cards, at this time due to the nature of our product. If you run into any issues, or have questions about the product you received, please do not hesitate to contact us directly via the contact form on our page. We promise to respond within 48 hours.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
When you subscribe to one of our products, you will receive a subscription confirmation email notification, including a link to your customer portal. Here you can manage your subscriptions based on your needs. If you need to cancel your subscription, please make necessary adjustments within your portal prior to your subscription being processed. WHAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
We recommend waiting an additional 2-3 business days (even when package shows delivered) and longer during the holiday season.
If you still have not received your package, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and email email@example.com to see how we can help.
We understand things happen and packages can go missing, however at this time, we are unable to resend a new shipment if your order shows as delivered to the address provided at checkout. We recommend you closely track your orders if you have concerns around packages being left unattended.
DOES TEMPERATURE AFFECT THE PRODUCT?
The Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix and Protein Brownie Mix include chocolate chips that may melt in transit during warmer temperatures. This should not impact the quality of the product for consumption. All products should be kept at room temperature.
HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
We strive to deliver you a seamless and consistent customer experience. Please allow up to three business days for processing time before shipment and 3-5 business days for shipping.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada (Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, New Brunswick).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS
We can ship anywhere in the world. We have no control over import taxes, duties, brokerage fees or Customs charges. These fees are calculated by the receiver's country. These fees are additional to any shipping quote and payable upon delivery of your order.
