Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These easy, no bake protein bites are prepared with the lowcarb and sugar free Coconut Macaroon Cookie mix for a high protein and quick anytime snack. Combined with your favorite flavored protein powder, these will easily become your favorite snack.

What you need:

  • 1 Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix
  • 4 scoops protein powder, Gold Standard (we used Coffee flavor here)
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 cup water

Bake this way:

  1. Combine together the Coconut Macaroon Cookie Mix, protein powder, peanut butter, and water until incorporated. 
  2. Rolls the protein dough into balls or flatten in 8x8 tray. 
  3. Prepare into 16 pieces. Keep refrigerated. 
  4. Enjoy.
