Garlic Butter Dinner Rolls

Crafted with our signature Dough mix, these low-carb garlic dinner rolls offer the perfect balance of garlic-infused goodness and buttery softness redefining the dinner roll experience. 

What you need:

For the Dough
  • 1 batch Dough Mix, 1/2 bag
  • 2 cups shredded mozerella
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

For the Garlic Butter

  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp of minces garlic, or more to taste
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley, fresh or dry
  • salt for finishing, optional

Bake this way:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare one batch (1/2 the bag) of the Dough Mix as directed on package.
    2. Lightly butter the bottom and sides of a 12 cup muffin pan (or for mini rolls you can use a 24 cup mini muffin pan).
    3. In a small pot, or in a microwave, melt the butter, add the garlic and let both combine for 2 minutes to allow for the garlic to infuse into the butter. Once off the heat mix in the parsley. 
    4. Portion your dough into 12 or more pieces. 
  1. Shape and smooth each piece into a round ball. Dip each ball into the garlic butter mixture and place into the muffin pan. Spoon more of your garlic butter mixture over each ball before baking. Optional: sprinkle shredded cheese and or chopped jalepenos. 
  2. Bake for about 21 minutes. When golden brown, remove from the oven and pour any remaining garlic butter onto the warm rolls. 
  3. Enjoy!
