What you need:
  • For 12 Pancakes or Waffles use 1/2 batch of the Batter Mix: Pancake and Waffle
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp cloves
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tbsp water or milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (can substitute for your favorite flavors)
Directions:
  1. Whisk wet ingredients together in a bowl; eggs, water or milk and extract.  
  2. Add dry mix to wet ingredients and combine until smooth.  
  3. Follow directions on the back of the package.
