Lemon Cake

HELLO Sunshine–Brighten your day with a simple lemon cake topped with a tart lemon glaze!  
  1. Prepare Classic Yellow Cake Mix as directed on package — except use only 1/4 cup milk/unsweetened almond milk, add 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp lemon peel (dried or fresh), 2 tbsp sour cream.

    Glaze

  2. Mix 1/2 cup powdered sweetener with 3 tbsp lemon juice.

  3. Dress your cake and enjoy!
