Mexican Hot Chocolate Cookies

What you need:
- 1 bag of Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Tear open one bag of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- Mix in the dry ingredients; cinnamon and cayenne.
- Add in the butter, egg, vanilla and mix until well blended.
- Freeze the cookie dough while you pre heat the oven.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Scoop cookie dough onto the cookie tray using a medium cookie scoop. (If using another size you will have to adjust the baking time accordingly).
- Bake for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely prior to removing from the tray.
