Olive Rolls

  1. Prepare serving of Dough Mix as directed on package.

  2. After kneading dough a bit, add 1/2 cup pitted and chopped olives.

  3. When dough is ready, separate into two pieces. Roll each piece into a log shape. Cut the log in half, then cut the two half’s in half. Roll into ball and place on baking sheet (we used a silicone cupcake pan).

  4. Spray tops with olive/avocado oil and bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown on top.

  5. Enjoy!

*You can also make this recipe into bagel shapes or press into 7x11 baking dish like the focaccia.
