Peanut Butter Cheesecake

Peanut Butter crust, smooth and creamy cheesecake filling, and topped with a sugar free chocolate pudding. One bite and you will be in love!
  1. Prepare filling by combining the following ingredients

    8 oz cream cheese

    1/3 cup sweetener

    1 egg

    1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  2. Prepare Cookie Mix as directed on package.

  3. Spread the cookie dough into an 8x8 baking dish (or anything of similar size).

  4. Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the cookie dough.

  5. Bake on 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it set in the fridge.

  6. Once set, prepare sugar-free chocolate pudding and spread on top of the peanut butter cheesecake.

  7. Enjoy right away or place in the refrigerator to cool further.
