Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffins or Cake
A favorite fall pumpkin recipe! These pumpkin cheesecake muffins combine perfectly spiced pumpkin muffins with cream cheese filling. From the moment you tear open the bag to when you remove them from the oven, baking these will make the house smell incredible!
Prepare Filling by combining the following ingredients:

8 oz cream cheese

1/3 cup sweetener

1 egg
-
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For Muffins

Prepare Cake Mix as directed on package.

Scoop 2 TBSP of the cake batter into a muffin pan and layer cheesecake filling.

Top with another TBSP of the batter.
For Cake

Preheat oven to 325*F.

Prepare Cake Mix as directed on package.

Fill cake pan with half batter then pour cheesecake filling over. Top with remaining batter.

Bake for 25-30 min, remove and let cool.
