Pumpkin Spice Crumb Cake
Known as either a Crumb Cake or Coffee Cake, this rich pumpkin spice cake is topped with a buttery yet crisp cinnamon crumb top!
- Preheat oven to 325°F.

Prepare Pumpkin Spice Cake Mix as directed on package.
For Crumb Layer

Combine the following:

1 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp cinnamon

4 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup Swerve brown sweetener (Optional)

- Pour cake batter into your baking dish and add crumb layer on top. Double the Crumb recipe if you prefer a thicker crumb.
- Bake for 40 min or until top is golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let it cool before serving.
