Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Drop Biscuits
These Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Drop Biscuits, using the Classic Yellow Cake Mix, make the perfect low-carb side dish for the fall! They are savory and a great companion to your soups, stews, and for the holidays!
What you need:
- 1 Classic Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives
Directions:

Prepare Cake Mix as directed on the package, omitting the vanilla extract.

Mix in shredded cheddar cheese, bacon & chives* (ingredients can be modified to your palate).

Use a large cookie scoop to drop the Biscuits onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
