Blueberry Babka with Lemon Glaze

This delicious Blueberry Babka with Lemon Glaze is made with our low-carb, sugar & gluten free keto Dough Mix. Who doesn’t enjoy a good jam?! It’s a wonderful and filling treat, enjoyed cool and warm!

What you’ll need

  • 1 batch of Dough Mix

  • 8 oz sugar-free blueberry jam, homemade or store bought

Directions
    1. Prep one batch of Dough Mix as directed on package.

    2. Roll out dough on a flat, nonstick surface (we like to use a silicon mat), into a rectangular shape about 1/4” thick. If using rolling pin, we recommend you place parchment paper on top of dough prior to rolling.

    3. Evenly spread, thick, blueberry jam all over the dough. You can use any of your favorite flavors.

    4. Roll up dough tightly and cut straight down the middle, lengthwise.

    5. Twist the two halves together as if braiding them.

    6. Use parchment paper, or a greased tray and arrange the dough into a loaf pan.

    7. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until the dough looks browned and feels crispy.

    8. Let cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Pull apart or slice and serve.

    9. Enjoy!

    Glaze:

    1. 1/4 cup of powdered sweetener

    2. 2 tbsp lemon juice

    3. 1 tbsp water. Add liquid a little at a time until you achieve desired consistency.
