Pistachio Cardamon Cake

Featuring a pairing of two popular middle eastern flavors; warm cardamom spice and crunchy pistachios, this low-carb, sugar-free & gluten-free Pistachio Cardamom cake is perfect for your afternoon cup of coffee or tea!
  1. Prepare Cake Mix as directed on package and add 1 tsp ground cardamom and 1 tsp rose water to the mix.

  2. While baking, prepare the top layer for a simple glaze or sugar-free pistachio pudding) — add 1 tsp rose water and 1 tsp orange blossom water to topping.

  3. Once removed from oven, let it cool before topping with the glaze or pudding. To finish, sprinkle crushed pistachios and rose petals on top.
