Pistachio Cardamon Cake

Featuring a pairing of two popular middle eastern flavors; warm cardamom spice and crunchy pistachios, this low-carb, sugar-free & gluten-free Pistachio Cardamom cake is perfect for your afternoon cup of coffee or tea!
  1. Prepare Cake Mix as directed on package and add 1 tsp rose water, 1/4 tsp mahleb to the mix.

  2. While baking, prepare the top layer with sugar-free pistachio pushing) — add 1 tsp rose water and 1 tsp orange blossom water to the pudding.

  3. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top to finish.
