Cheddar Cheese Low Carb Crackers

Make your own cheesy crackers at home with ease—perfect for kids and adults alike! Skip the store-bought options with long ingredient lists and fish shapes, and create delicious, homemade low-carb, grain-free crackers instead. Just add 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese to our Cracker Mix along with 1/2 cup of the mix and water. These crackers are a wholesome and satisfying snack for the whole family.

What you need:

  • Cracker Mix, 1 batch
  • Finely shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/3 cup
  • Water, 1 tbsp

Bake this way:  

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer on the bake setting.
  2. Before adding water, incorporate the cheese into the dry ingredients. 
  3. Follow the instructions provided on the back of the Cracker Mix packaging.
  4. Monitor the crackers closely; they typically bake in 10-15 minutes, depending on how thickly they're rolled out.
