Crispy Keto Cheese Crackers

Turn our versatile Dough Mix into cheesy, crunchy crackers that make a perfect low-carb snack or Cheese-Its alternative. Sharp or mild cheddar works beautifully—totally customizable for your taste!
What You Need
For the crackers:
- 1 batch Dough Mix, 1/2 bag
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp or mild)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp onion powder or garlic powder (optional)
Bake This Way
- Preheat oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the Dough Mix, shredded cheddar, egg, and optional onion or garlic powder. Mix until a uniform dough forms.
- Follow the Dough Mix directions for rolling, but roll completely flat—about 1/8 inch thick.
- Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 1x1 inch squares.
- Arrange squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 15–20 minutes, keeping an eye on them. The longer they bake, the crunchier they get.
- Let crackers cool completely. They’ll crisp up as they cool.
- Enjoy.
