Grilled "Bread"

A quick and flavorful option for the Dough Mix is to prep it on the grill–smokey, crunchy and the perfect addition to your main dish! It’s enjoyed similarly to flatbread and naan bread, but is keto-fied! 

What you’ll need

  • 1 batch of Dough Mix
  • Additional seasoning, if desired

    Directions

      1. Prepare Dough Mix as directed on package. Add any desired seasoning to dry mix. Options: parsley and garlic, za’atar, olives, rosemary or thyme.

      2. Split dough mix in two and roll out on parchment paper to desired thickness. The thinner you open the Dough the crunchier it will get.

      3. Preheat grill to at least 400°F. Place bread and parchment paper together on the grill and cover to cook.

      4. Make sure to check on it every two minutes or so in order to rotate and/or flip as needed. (Adjust temperature as you see fit during grilling).

      5. Grill until desired doneness.

      6. Remove, slice and enjoy!
