What You Need
For the cookies:
- 1 No Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 1/2 tsp matcha powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Bake This Way
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cookie mix, matcha powder, butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until a smooth dough forms. Taste and adjust matcha if you want a bolder flavor.
- Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Chill dough (optional but recommended): Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes. This helps cookies keep their shape and stay soft inside.
- Scoop dough into 1–inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly if desired.
