Mini Cookie Tarts

A great way to make individual mini pastry shells! Fill the mini tart shell with all your favorite flavors; fruits, custard, caramel, chocolate and more! Use the [No] Sugar Cookie Mix to make them mini as pictured or larger by using a tart pan.
  1. Prepare Cookie Mix as directed on package and bake 1 tbsp size balls in a mini muffin pan.

  2. Once out of the oven and still soft, poke the center down to make a cavity.

  3. Let the cookie cool. Once cooled and out of the pan, scoop your preferred filling into each bite size cookie shell. Here we have sugar-free vanilla pudding topped with chopped strawberries. 

  4. Enjoy!
