Peanut Butter Tahini Cookies
Let's get low carb baking with the Peanut Butter Cookie Mix! These crunchy cookies will wow you with their unique nutty flavor. The texture and taste are reminiscent of halva, a sweet treat that is commonly found in the Middle East.
What you need:
- Prepare the cookie dough by combine the dry mix, avocado oil, tahini & sugar-free maple syrup in a bowl. Before adding to the other ingredients, make sure to mix the tahini very well to combine the oils.
- Place cookie dough in fridge to cool while you preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Scoop dough onto a cookie sheet with a medium cookie scooper and bake for 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Will make 16.*
- Remove from oven and allow it to cool before transferring.
