Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

These keto friendly & sugar free Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies are amazingly soft and full of pumpkin flavor to get you ready for the fall season!

What you need:
  • 1 bag of Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree 
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar replacement 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • Capful of your favorite sugar-free pumpkin syrup or Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Tear open one bag of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

  2. Mix in the dry ingredients; brown sugar replacement, cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg.

  3. Add in the butter, egg, sugar free syrup, pumpkin puree and mix until well blended. 

  4. Freeze the cookie dough for at least 1 hour prior to baking. 

  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. 

  6. Scoop cookie dough onto the cookie tray using a medium cookie scoop. (If using another size you will have to adjust the baking time accordingly).

  7. Bake for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely prior to removing from the tray. 

  8. Enjoy!
