Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 bag of Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp brown sugar replacement
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- Capful of your favorite sugar-free pumpkin syrup or Vanilla Extract
Tear open one bag of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
Mix in the dry ingredients; brown sugar replacement, cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg.
Add in the butter, egg, sugar free syrup, pumpkin puree and mix until well blended.
Freeze the cookie dough for at least 1 hour prior to baking.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Scoop cookie dough onto the cookie tray using a medium cookie scoop. (If using another size you will have to adjust the baking time accordingly).
Bake for 17-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely prior to removing from the tray.
