Raspberry Crumble Bar

Who doesn’t enjoy a good crumble baked with your favorite sugar-free jelly filling?! Rip open the [No] Sugar Cookie Mix and create this simple, low-carb crumble pie (or bars) that is sure to leave those taste buds satisfied and sugar levels low! 
  1. Prepare Cookie Mix as directed on package. 

  2. Pat 3/4 of the dough into a bottom of a pan,

  3. Spread with your desired flavor of sugar-free jelly

  4. Crumble remaining dough on top and bake as directed on package.

  5. Enjoy!

*This recipe would work well with the Peanut Butter Cookie Mix as well!
