Low Carb Rosemary Olive Oil Crackers

Elevate your snacking with these homemade low-carb, grain-free Rosemary Garlic Crackers. Made with our Cracker Mix and a simple blend of olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, and water, each bite delivers a crisp, savory flavor that feels both gourmet and effortless.

What you need:

  • Cracker Mix, 1 batch
  • Olive/Avocado Oil, 1 tbsp
  • Rosemary, 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp
  • Water, 1 tsp

Bake this way:  

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer on the bake setting.
  2. Before adding the oil and water, incorporate the rosemary and garlic powder into the dry ingredients. 
  3. Follow the instructions provided on the back of the Cracker Mix packaging.
  4. Monitor the crackers closely; they typically bake in 10-15 minutes, depending on how thickly they're rolled out.
