Za’atar Hatz (bread)

Mana'eesh, is a middle-eastern flatbread typically eaten for breakfast. We top our low-carb Dough Mix with Za'atar, which is a delicious combination of thyme,  sesame seeds and oil pre-bake accompanied with any cheese of choice!

Bake This Way:

  1. Prepare Dough Mix as directed on package and add 2 tbsp za'atar spice (thyme, sesame seeds) to the dry mix.
  2. Open flat into 7x11 baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix 6 tbsp za’atar with avocado oil until it turns pasty.
  4. Spread on top of the dough.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden.
  6. Enjoy!
