Chocolate Pudding Cake

A chocolate lover's dream come true! Call it a chocolate cake or a brownie, the Classic Yellow Cake Mix delivers decadence with a Cake-y & Fudge-y consistency!

What you will need:

  • Classic Yellow Cake Mix or Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 pack sugar free chocolate pudding, dry mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk/heavy cream/almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp espresso powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
  2. Prepare Cake Mix as directed on package.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients together into a medium bowl.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients and pour into your cake pan.
  5. Bake for 45 min. Remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the pan.
  6. Enjoy!

Optional: Top with melted chocolate, chocolate ganache, frosting, or sugar free sprinkles.
